Skepbook Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Skepbook from Majestic Made LLC.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Skepbook on supported Apple devices. You may not interfere with the app, bypass purchase controls, distribute unlawful material, or use the app to violate another person's rights.
Your Records and Backups
You retain ownership of records and files you create. You are responsible for their accuracy, lawful use, safe export, and backup. Skepbook does not automatically upload a recoverable copy, and Majestic Made cannot restore device data or a forgotten backup passphrase.
Trial and Purchase
The full 14-day trial begins with the first saved record. A non-consumable App Store purchase permanently unlocks editing for the applicable Apple account and platform, subject to Apple's store terms and refund process. Reading and export access remain available after the trial.
Beekeeping and Treatment Information
Skepbook is a recordkeeping tool, not veterinary, pesticide, legal, or professional beekeeping advice. Bundled treatment information is a convenience and may become outdated. Always follow the current physical product label, applicable law, and qualified guidance.
Availability and Liability
The app is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every operation. To the extent permitted by law, Majestic Made is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
