Paws Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Paws from Majestic Made LLC.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Paws on supported devices. You may not interfere with the app, bypass purchase controls, use it unlawfully, or violate another person's rights.
Your Records
You retain ownership of the records and files you create. You are responsible for their accuracy, lawful use, appropriate sharing, and retention. Paws has no server copy, and Majestic Made cannot restore a lost device vault or local password. Keep current records with your veterinary provider and retain important exports somewhere you control.
Not Veterinary or Emergency Advice
Paws is an owner recordkeeping tool, not a veterinary medical record, diagnosis service, treatment recommendation, poison-control service, or emergency resource. Do not delay professional care based on information in the app. Contact a veterinarian or appropriate emergency service for health or safety concerns.
PDFs and Insurance
Exports reflect owner-entered information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A clinic, insurer, or authority may require original records, receipts, signatures, or its own forms. Paws does not guarantee that a recipient will accept an export or that an insurance claim will be approved.
Subscriptions and Store Terms
Monthly or annual subscriptions, any introductory trial, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are processed under the terms displayed by Apple or Google at checkout. Unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal, an auto-renewing subscription may renew at the displayed price. Majestic Made cannot directly cancel a store subscription or guarantee a refund.
Availability and Liability
Paws is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every animal or purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Majestic Made is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
