Majestic-Made-Hub Privacy Policy
This policy describes information submitted to the Majestic Made portfolio website and the security information used to operate its public forms and private administrator dashboard.
Information We Collect
A waitlist submission includes your email address, the product you selected, and a submission time. An app suggestion includes the idea, description, submission time, and an optional email address. Cloudflare may process ordinary network and security information such as an IP address, browser details, and request timestamps. Private dashboard sign-in also uses an approved administrator email address and authentication-session information.
Use and Service Providers
We use submissions to send requested product updates, evaluate ideas, answer requests, secure the service, and operate the website. Cloudflare Pages serves the site, Cloudflare D1 stores form records, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse, and Cloudflare Access protects the private administrator dashboard. Submitting a form does not send an automatic confirmation or product-update email. We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or give data brokers access to it.
Storage and Retention
Form records are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Public form endpoints accept submissions but do not expose stored records. Only approved administrators can view and export submissions through the authenticated dashboard. Archiving hides a record from the active view; it does not delete it or extend its retention period. Records older than twelve months are eligible for deletion and are removed in bounded batches as new submissions are processed; inactivity can delay deletion. Short-lived, daily changing keyed identifiers limit abuse without storing raw IP addresses in the form database. We also store a fingerprint of each new app idea to suppress exact repeat submissions. Provider backups, security logs, and administrator exports may persist separately; exported copies must be handled and removed by the administrator who downloaded them.
Apps, Cookies, and Tracking
Joining a waitlist does not upload content from a Majestic Made app. Each released app has its own privacy policy. Public catalog browsing and form submission do not require a user account. The website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Turnstile processes browser and network information for abuse checks. Cloudflare Access uses essential authentication cookies for the private administrator dashboard, with email one-time-code sign-in and six-hour sessions. These cookies are required for administrator access, not ordinary public catalog browsing.
Your Choices and Contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete a submission by emailing support@majesticmade.dev. We may need to verify that the email address or record belongs to you.
